Diffusing calming and soothing Essential Oils while you are working out plan details, or making calls or connections with caterers, florists, and others, can help you KEEP AN EVEN BALANCE and better focus while getting those little details handled and out of your way.

SMOOTH SAILING DIFFUSER BLEND RECIPE

• 4 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
